Shipping & Delivery

If you’re ordering from mainland UK, we charge delivery at a flat rate of £5.00. We normally send orders out within 14 working days of receipt of payment, this allows for items being out of stock. Please make sure that your address is written fully and correctly, we take no responsibility in parcels going to an incorrectly given address.

Privacy & Security

Here at Tideway Dinghies, we value our customers and their privacy. Any information given to us is held with care and security. In operating our website, some data is collected and stored about you, which includes information you provide us when you place an order through this website or via email and when you communicate with us for any reason such as: your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address.

This information is used to enable us to fulfil your order, respond to enquiries and provide an aftercare service. We will not pass your information to any third parties excluding Tideway Dinghies employees or anyone involved in your purchase or use of this website. All our website financial transactions are handled through our payment services provider (Sum-up). No financial information, including credit and debit card data is stored by this website or can be viewed by us.

You will not be sent any unsolicited materials unless you indicate that you want to receive details about products, offers and events etc. We do not provide your personal details to other companies or individuals for their marketing purposes.

Returns & Replacements

If for any reason you wish to return your order, please return in its original packaging within 30 days to the address – Tideway Dinghies, The Shipways, North Street Maldon Essex CM9 5HL. We suggest keeping a proof of postage also. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse the cost of postage unless the items are faulty or delivered in error, we will refund, or exchange once received.

Ordering

Every care has been taken in the preparation of the content of this website to ensure that the details, descriptions, and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing. All prices are displayed exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery charges. While the colour reproduction is a close representation, every piece is individual and variations in actual goods may occur. All items are subject to availability as all are handmade. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. You should inspect the products upon receipt and check that everything specified is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem, or you cancel your order in acceptance with your cancellation right and/or you return the goods in accordance with our returns policy and procedure. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the goods at a later date. Under the distance selling regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving the goods. Payment & Pricing

Payment may be made via sumup through the website. All prices are displayed clearly and exclusive of delivery charges, the total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery charges.  Please remember that when we accept your submitted order for goods on this website, there will be a legally binding contract.
